These conveyors utilize a stainless steel or carbon steel 1 piece helix, enclosed within stationary plastic tubing & are suitable for transferring material from feed hopper to discharge point. Applications include transfer of foods, pharmaceuticals, chemicals & plastics, powders & granular materials without separation of product from bulk bag unloaders, bag dump stations & feed hoppers. The rotation of the spiral allows a constant product mixing, preventing separation of blends, throughout the entire length of the conveyor.
