Each system is built with a high-quality Rilsan tube, available in both food-grade and standard grades, combined with a flexible spiral that ensures homogeneous product flow during transport. Rilsan PA12 tubes are offered in multiple diameters to meet different capacity requirements, providing excellent resistance to torsion, vibrations, and wear.

Thanks to their engineering, these flexible spiral conveyors can cover any length and operate horizontally, vertically, or at any angle, easily overcoming obstacles within production layouts. Manufactured in carbon steel or stainless steel, Cavicchi Impianti’s flexible conveyors ensure long-lasting durability, reduced maintenance, and maximum usability.
